For a limited time from now on until end of Oct 2016, renowned Michelin star Chef Hélène Darroze presents her vision of pintxos (Basque tapas), signature dishes, and sweet delicacies in Hotel Marie Cristine in San Sebastian Spain. Inspired by her French-Basque heritage, this fourth-generation chef imbues premium ingredients with cultural soul. She has been named the 2015 Veuve Clicquot World’s Best Female Chef and is part of the jury for the successful TV program “Top Chef” in France (2015, 2016).
Her popup restaurant’s cuisine is based on local products and flavors but is enhanced by international influences in one of the world’s leading gastronomic cities of the world. At lunch and dinner, thoughtfully curated menus are complemented by professional service in an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere.
