• STABLES TOUR
Enjoy a guided tour though the stables and meet some of Wolgan Valley’s friendly horses. Our horses come in various shapes and sizes; from the gentle
giants Marshmallow and Dundee to our smaller characters like Scooter and Cruiser. Guides will assist you to feed the horses some of their favourite treats and will provide an insight into the operations of the One&Only stables.

• CARNE CREEK NATURE WALK
Enjoy a leisurely and insightful stroll in the company of a knowledgeable Field Guide. This experience provides an insight into the natural environment and
cultural heritage of the area as you learn about the natural plant and animal resources and some of their uses for Aboriginal and early settler society.
Duration: 1.5 hours | Scheduled: Mornings (Alternate days)

• CONSERVATION ACTIVITY
Enjoy a morning with the Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley conservation team and take a fascinating journey into the ecology of the Blue Mountains. Make a ‘hands on’ contribution to the restoration and protection of the reserve with fun and meaningful conservation work that provides an important habitat for native wildlife and helps protect the health of the beautiful
Carne Creek and Wolgan River. This activity reveals insights into Australia’s native fauna, woodland ecology and key issues impacting the local wildlife.This is a memorable opportunity for guests to become part of the ‘Wolgan’ story. Contributions to the conservation program may include tree planting, wildlife surveys, testing of water quality, habitat assessments, feral animal monitoring and wombat surveys.

• COLONIAL HERITAGE TOUR
Guests will enjoy stories of a past life carved out of the wilderness and capture a glimpse into the challenging conditions that early Australian settlers faced. Field Guides
will reveal insights into the innovative building practices developed by pioneer settlers to adapt to such a rugged environment. Meticulously restored by Ian Kiernan, the 1832 Heritage Homestead is a tribute to Australia’s pioneering heritage. The tour will also visit the fully functioning Kitchen Garden, which supplies fresh vegetables, fruits and herbs to our restaurants.

• WOLGAN RANGERS ( FOR KIDS )
Our Field guides have curated a unique range of nature-based activities for children to discover the Valley. Our program includes fun outdoor and indoor activities inspired by the natural environment with activities, from bush survival to Australian animals and birds, fossil hunting, adventure walks, bugs and insects, hands on conservation,arts and crafts and outdoor games.
Minimum age is 5 years old.

*Helicopter Transfers Terms & Conditions:
- Sydney HeliTours operates on private charter basis, departing from the Mascot Heliport on 472 Ross Smith Avenue
- The travel time from Sydney to the resort is approximately 40 minutes each way.
- Departure times are on request and can only operate during daylight hours.
- All flights are conducted subject to weather and air traffic control.
- In the event of inclement weather and being unable to operate the helicopter transfer for any reason, alternate ground transport will be utilised to transfer the guests to and from the resort. This will be organised by Emirates One & Only Reservations or Guests Services Department
- All flights are operated at the sole discretion of the pilot in command and/or Sydney HeliTours Chief Pilot.
- Sights, flight paths and flight times may vary due to weather, air traffic control or pilot discretion.

• The following restrictions apply to all Sydney Helicopter flights:
o Passenger body weights must be supplied prior to confirmation. For legal and safety reasons, all passengers are weighed prior to boarding. Please be accurate with weights to avoid aircraft loading complications or disappointment on the day
o Aircraft weight and balance requirements are strictly adhered to according to Civil Aviation Safety Authorities regulations; this is for passenger safety and will under no circumstances be compromised. Sydney HeliTours is not authorised to carry dangerous goods. All passengers and bags will be weighed prior to boarding the aircraft. Excess luggage may be stored at Sydney HeliTours facilities free of charge or delivered to the resort by road at extra charge

• Baggage allowances are below:
o Eurocopter EC120: capable of carrying 4 bags not more than 68cmx48cmx30xcm in size and weighing not more than 23kg per piece. The maximum total weight allowable for passengers and baggage in the Eurocopter EC120 is 320kg/705lb
o Bulky items such as prams or golf clubs must be arranged prior to all flights . Failure to do so may result in the item(s) not travelling
• Infants who have not yet reached their third birthday must be carried in the arms of an adult whilst flying (available on private flights only). Children 3 to 13 years (inclusive), require their own seat.
- The Helicopter will wait a maximum of 15 minutes after the scheduled departure time before it departs with or without the guests.
- Luxe Travel Limited, Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley and Sydney HeliTours cannot accept responsibility for any missed flights, missed transfers or any other client arrangements due to transfer delays.
