- The cabin number, deck and location will be distributed by the cruise company's system. Requests cannot be made and will be issued by the cruise company. The final arrangement shall prevail. Guests cannot change or object to the cabin number, deck and location allocated.
- Cruise Company reserves the right to change itinerary, timing of all embarkations/disembarkations due to weather conditions or specific reasons. All of the changes will not be considered as against “The Trade Descriptions Ordinance, Chapter 362, Laws of Hong Kong”. Passengers shall not make claim against Cruise Company and the Luxe Travel Limited for any recovery or compensation.
- Infants under 1 year old (calculated on the day of boarding) are not allowed to board the cruise.
- Pregnant women who are 24 weeks pregnant or above (calculated as the date of departure) are not allowed to board the cruise. Guests who are 20-23 weeks pregnant are required to present a doctor's certificate.
