Mr. Akira Abe, award-winning bartender of The Prince Gallery Hotel, won the Japanese championship of Bacardi Legacy Cocktail 2018 by his signature “Tales of 8”. The cocktail is made from a blend of Bacardi 8 Year Old, with black honey, expresso and spumante. You canenjoy it in the Sky Gallery Lounge Levita at 35/F. Kioicho Japan used to be the residential area of Daimyos (Japanese feudal lords) and nobles. It is back in the spotlight after the recent redeployment project. Prince Hotels has launched their most luxurious brand hotel in this dignified area. The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho is a Luxury Collection hotel. Making use of its location, designer framed both modern cityscape and traditional palace view to the impressive large windows in the guestrooms.
