Welcome Michelin star awarded Chef Rasmus Kofoed back to Six Senses Laamu, Maldives in March for four exclusive signature dinners in LEAF.
Rasmus Kofoed is a Danish chef and owner of the Geranium restaurant in Copenhagen, awarded with the first Michelin star in 2012 and the second in 2013. He is the only chef to participate three times in the Bocuse D' Or competition, winning the bronze medal in 2005, the silver medal in 2007 and the gold medal in 2011.
With his unique culinary creations, Rasmus aims to titillate all the senses and this is what Six Senses Laamu invites guests to experience during his stay. Having previously explored the fresh locally sourced ingredients, along with the fresh produce of the organic garden, during his visit in 2014, he is no stranger to LEAF restaurant with it's open kitchen.
Dinners will take place at LEAF, Six Senses Laamu Maldives, on March 24, 26, 30 and April 2.
